Blind Date with a Plant at The Park Coffee & Bread Co.

  • The Park Coffee & Bread Co. 4012 Main Street Erie, PA, 16511 United States (map)

Do you want to be a plant parent but don’t know where to start? Look no further! Join us for a fun, low-key workshop where you’ll be thoughtfully paired with plants that fit your specific lifestyle, space, and comfort level with plant care.

When you sign up for the class, you’ll take a short survey to tell us a little bit about your home or office, schedule, light conditions, and anything else you’d like to share. Steph will personally review your answers and create a list of plant recommendations just for you. (Survey link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/VDTLDN5)

When you arrive at the class, Steph will walk everyone through the available plant options and their care needs, then pass out each person’s customized recommendations. From there, you’ll get to select three plants to take home! You’re welcome to follow Steph’s suggestions, or choose something completely different. It’s totally up to you!

Whether you’re a total beginner, a recovering plant killer, or someone looking to expand their collection with confidence, this workshop is designed to make plant care feel approachable, personal, and fun. You’ll leave with care instructions for each plant you choose, practical care tips, and the confidence to help your plants flourish.

What’s included:

  • A personalized plant-matching experience

  • Guidance on light, watering, and care needs

  • Selection of three plants that suit you best

  • Thorough plant care instructions for your selected plants
